I fixed a couple of turkeys over the summer in a Charbroil Big Easy. The first was the day after the county fair ended. One of the kid's turkeys broke its neck going into the trailer. It got ate the next day. The other 2 turkeys will be this year's Thanksgiving / Christmas turkeys. I rubbed the skin with a butter, garlic salt mixture and used the same inside the turkey. I won't be cooking the holiday turkeys. We go visit family and get to eat and bring home leftovers. Turkey, mashed potatoes, ham, broccoli casserole, cranberry salad, green beans, oyster dressing, turkey dressing, pumpkin pie, mincemeat pie, and lots more.
