We picked them up at the Lehman's Nonelectric Store when we camped near Dalton, OH about 6 years ago but you can order them from several sources. Here's the website

By the way, if you're ever in OH Amish country, Lehman's is a great store to wander through. It reminds me of a huge General Store.
