Getting past the actual preferred recipe/ingredient list you probably want to hone your techniques and I've no idea if there's an app for that.
Still, CI, has several well thought out videos and tips on the art of pie crust making. Should you have a membership for the site this is an excellent time to use it. Or, just sign up for the 14 day free membership the site normally offers and get info in that manner.
