treager temp
it is so cold here in eastern Oregon that the temp on the treager is reading low. went out to check the temp and it was a good 20* low so turned it up some to compensate. Sure be glad when we can head...

When it is in the 20s here, I don't leave it on medium too long, but go back to low and cook longer. Remember....low and slow is the key to good smoking, not higher temp.
