All of the recipes sound really good, even though some varied from your request for "mashed" potatoes. I have always liked "mashed" potatoes, meaning that the cooked potatoes (with whatever additives you like) should be mashed, leaving a few small lumps so you know it is potatoes. If you like smooth and creamy potatoes, ask for "whipped" potatoes, not mashed. There is a difference and I like mashed.
