I sure am enjoying seeing all the variations that people make with their basic potato. Yes, about 30 people - so I will go for the 1 1/2 potato per person, and if there are leftovers, I'll be hauling those home (oh goody!!!) So far I plan on having 3 distinct bowls of potatos.
