I am questioning the 1 to 1/12 potatoes per person. Potatoes come in different sizes, LOL!
When I cook a dinner for our lot, usually 12 , I cook the large pot that comes with your set, I think it is called a dutch oven, LOL. Anyway that is just enough, no leftovers. There are 6 adults and 5 children. I would cook at least 15lbs.
