I plan on making 4 different bowls of potatos. 1 traditional 2 with sour cream/half & half/ etc and 1 of twice baked. That way everyone will be able to get the kind they like.
Loulou, I am also wondering about those extra large potatos from Costco, so I'll ask my cousin what she thinks when I start to peel them, how many, etc.
