Buckwheat pancake recipe
You could mix up a batch of the dry ingredients, put it in those shake and pour containers and just add the wet, when you're ready to cook. I get bulk buckwheat flour at the co-op, health food stores. You can also buy powdered buttermilk in the baking section. Or, sour regular milk with a teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice.
If anyone keeps a sourdough starter, if you loosen it to a high hydration -it makes great pancakes.
