My local Home Depot sells the drip trays.
I use a water spray bottle and small brass wire brush to clean the grill surface. I have not cleaned the bottom yet.
We bought ours a few months ago and love it. Cooked steaks and bake potatoes last night. I bought the potato nails from HD and they help speed up the cook time.
