Weber Q 1200

I found an old Rubbermaid tub lid that fit our Weber perfectly, so it rests on that while we travel. You can find replacement foil pains at most any store that sells Weber since they are used in other grills too. About once a year I clean out the inside of the grill, but I don't bother cleaning heavily after each use. As already stated take a sheet of foil, lay over the grill rack and turn it up, this will help burn off gunk from the grill rack itself and oils/fat from below. Take the foil tray and knock any chunks out and wipe out the interior, that way you don't go through as many.
