I had the same problem with my Q220, after a few bottles and some choice words, I got one to go on, but the awkward angle and the fine threads it is a chore to put on. It is more those problems than bad bottles or the Q, just a pain to do.
I just opted to not use them, seems like I just get started and they run out or they have to be changed in the middle of a long cooking session.
So I got one of THESE
to go along with a One Gallon Tank everything fits nicely in the storage and I have plenty of propane to do what I want.
