What Are You Building for a Thanksgiving Menu?

We're having 15-20 family members over to our camp for T-Day so I've decided to go with Cajun themed recipes this year. Cajun recipes are tailor made to a crowd feeding frenzy. Here's what I've decide...

Just the 2 of us this year

Turkey breast (on the BBQ)
Cranberry sauce with pineapple & walnuts
Dressing---celery, onions, diced carrots, walnuts
Brown gravy
Roasted Brussels sprouts drizzled with garlic flavored olive oil
Baked sweet potatoes with couple pats of butter and fresh ground pepper
Deviled eggs
Various olives


Red Velvet Cake with cream cheese icing

Spiral cut---orange glazed ham for Christmas
