What Are You Building for a Thanksgiving Menu?

We're having 15-20 family members over to our camp for T-Day so I've decided to go with Cajun themed recipes this year. Cajun recipes are tailor made to a crowd feeding frenzy. Here's what I've decide...

During our time in the military for 20 years, we always had a house full, from Thanksgiving til Christmas. Steak and lobster on the grill, Turkish kebobs or really whatever we feel like. I did a prime rib roast last year, then she made some beef stroganoff with the little bit of leftovers.
