What Are You Building for a Thanksgiving Menu?

For 30 years we always went camping on Thanksgiving to take advantage of four days off work.

Now we full time, without a lot of kitchen space, so we always ordered our Thanksgiving meal all prepared, from a local supermarket. We then add the items we want that do not come with the meal.

No mess, no long preparation, and we still have leftovers for sandwiches.
