What Are You Building for a Thanksgiving Menu?

We're having 15-20 family members over to our camp for T-Day so I've decided to go with Cajun themed recipes this year. Cajun recipes are tailor made to a crowd feeding frenzy. Here's what I've decide...

We hope to be out of Tennessee before then headed south to Texas. If so, we will stop at Shoneys or some other Restaurant to have Thanksgiving Dinner. I recently lost the Engine in the Truck that I use to tow my 5th Wheel and had to replace it among a Bunch of other Things. Murphy's Law has been hard at work this Year.
