What Are You Building for a Thanksgiving Menu?

We're having 15-20 family members over to our camp for T-Day so I've decided to go with Cajun themed recipes this year. Cajun recipes are tailor made to a crowd feeding frenzy. Here's what I've decide...

I haven't figured out what " dish to pass " I am making, but the campground where we are puts on a huge feast free of charge with both turkey and ham and all the fixin's complete with various deserts. All of the campers also bring something to pass.
