What Are You Building for a Thanksgiving Menu?

Going to my sister's for the day; it's her turn.


Don't know all the specifics of her menu yet but the following will probably be there:

Appetizer tray, she likes to do hot and cold
Vegetable soup, prolly butternut
Wolfgang Puck's maple brined turkey
Her hubby's Swiss chard stuffed whole fish
a sweet tater dish
Green beans
Brussel sprouts
Cocoanut rice and peas

I know I'm bringing an apple kuchen since it's one of the few baked goods I do well.
