What Are You Building for a Thanksgiving Menu?

We're having 15-20 family members over to our camp for T-Day so I've decided to go with Cajun themed recipes this year. Cajun recipes are tailor made to a crowd feeding frenzy. Here's what I've decide...

Looks like we'll be 5, maybe 6, this year.

We're cooking a pepper crusted turkey in the Big Easy.

Also having:
cranberry salad (sister specialty involving marshmallows)
jalapeno cornbread dressing
gravy
corn
green beans
jellied cranberries (WLToo insisted on at least one can of it)
chocolate pie
bacon fudge

I'm saving the fancier dishes for Christmas, when the crowd will be here.
