What Are You Building for a Thanksgiving Menu?

We're having 15-20 family members over to our camp for T-Day so I've decided to go with Cajun themed recipes this year. Cajun recipes are tailor made to a crowd feeding frenzy. Here's what I've decide...

There will be 15 of us this year camping in the desert. We will start the day with an old Boy Scout tradition,breakfast in a bag. Then for dinner We will have all the usual fixin's plus three Turkeys roasted in the Big Easy. I am planning on leftovers because there is nothing better the next day than a Turkey sandwich with Best Foods Real Mayonnaise!
