- jnharleyExplorerNone as I prefer a spicy dry rub. If I did consume a BBQ sauce, it would be mustard based and not sweet. In my opinion, most BBQ sauces are sickenly sweet.
- NYCgrrlExplorerI prefer to make my own BBQ sauces in general. My favorite overall taste is a nice balance of piquant, salt and sweet. If one taste is going to predominate I tend to want it to be vinegar/piquant. I've found that most store bought BBQ sauces add too much sugar that has no taste for me. When I say no taste I mean nothing but "sugah". I tend to like a molasses type taste for the sugar element.
In a pinch I can doctor a premade sauce so they do have their uses. - Mont_G_JExplorer

Sweet Baby Rays original flavor.
X2 - PRodacyExplorerLight and very spicy. Consistency should be quite thin, not thick and gooey. Make it myself or Rudy's BBQ sauce is very good.
- LynnandCarolExplorerOur fave is Head Country out of Oklahoma!
- sdianel_-acct_cExplorerSweet Baby Rays original flavor.
- Earl_EExplorerTried this one recently from Bobby Flay. Absolutely loved it. Catsup and Sorghum or Molasses. My wife, who doesn't like most BBQ sauces even liked it. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/bobby-flay/spice-rubbed-pork-chops-with-sorghum-bbq-sauce.html
- HalmfamilyExplorerI like my tomato and sweet.
