I don't have exact recipes, just concocted by "taste".
Corn glaze
2 tbsp mayo
2 tsp chipotle in adobo (it's not!)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp BBQ sauce
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
(All amounts are estimates, play with it to your taste)
Thai chicken chili glaze
1 jar (12 oz maybe?) chili sauce in the ketchup aisle. Not hot
1 bottle (8 oz maybe?) Whole Foods sweet Thai chili glaze (pretty sweet, not hot)
1 scant tsp Thai garlic chili paste (it's hot!)
(Again, measurements are approximate. Make to suit your taste. I would have made hotter but I have a few guests who don't eat ANYTHING with ANY spice.)
