Yummy Fries
So easy and so good. Hope everyone feels the same.

Yummy Fries
2 large russet potatoes (cut into thin strips)
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
cooking spray
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Spray the baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a bowl add parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper.
Add the potatoes and toss to coat.
Drizzle the potatoes with the olive oil and toss to coat again.
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Place into the oven and bake at 450 degrees for 35 minutes flipping the fries over halfway through cooking.
Yield: 2 Servings
