We stayed at the Mount St Helens KOA last 4th of July and they did not have camping cabins, they recently converted to a KOA and have at least 1/3 of the park as full timers. Its also on a steep hill so every row is a full rv higher then the last.
Silver Cove RV Resort is further up 504 and has RV spots and cabins available. I have not stayed there but they are a Good Sam site.
There is Silver Lake Resort but I have heard nothing but horror stories from people that have stayed there so we never have tried it.
If I can think of any others I will add them. I know there is one more around silver lake but cannot remember the name.
Hope that's a start for you.
