X2 on Watkins Glen. We stayed at the State Park there. Our site had electric, not sure whether all did. We did a day trip to the Ithaca area and visited Taughannock Falls State Park, Buttermilk Falls State Park and Robert H. Treman State Park. All great spots.
Another possibility is to go further north to Acadia National park in Maine. If you all have passports, The Bay of Fundy in New Brunswick, Canada has the highest tides in the world.
