Why not take your RV to Riverside RV Park in Sevierville and you stay there with the dog. Have DW get a room at Wilderness and stay there with the boys. It's about 10 minutes away with weekend traffic.
You can have a fun time with them, then head back to the RV and join the 4-legged family for the evening/night. It will be much quieter for you and the kids WILL have a blast at the waterpark.
There are other RV parks, but Riverside is easy to get to, is decently cheap and the traffic between there and Wilderness is usually not too bad, but it is spring break weekend, so who knows what kind of traffic you will hit. It may take you 30 minutes to get back and forth.
You can leave a few times during the day and go check on the dog(s) and put them out to relieve themselves, etc.
