Management: not sure what you're meaning here. If you mean a well managed park, okay.. but reality is, generally speaking, my interaction with the management staff is on check-in. Don't even have to interact at checkout at most places.
Price is down towards the end for me too. I'll pay more for a decent place with hookups and nice, large sites.

Thanks. Definitely my personal priority. I'd like a green screen between every site.
Oh, and Mike is an exception to the price rule. Price does matter to most people in that they will pay a fair price for what they want. If the park has a thousand amenities they don't want or use they aren't going to pay for them.
I do see your point on price. But if its a well run CG that knows it clientele they will have the right amenities.
I agree I don't want to pay for a guest speaker(drastic example)
But I am willing to pay for a pool. I am also willing to pay more than the place down the road that does not have a pool
I do agree you must decide on clientele if your catering to young families that pool could be a water park.
If your catering to older folks the pool is sufficient.
I may also pay more to have security patrols and proper staffing vs. a free for all where there is no one around.
If the place is well run and well managed the public will pay.
