The perfect RV campground

Pretty hard to make any suggestions when you wont tell us what kind of park you are looking to build. Is it near a tourist attraction. Is it in the middle of nowhere. Is it beside an interstate that has many rvs passing by. There is no point in building a destination rv park beside a highway. There is no point in building an overnight stopover park in the middle of nowhere. I have stayed at hundreds of rv parks. The amenities Im looking for depends on the reason I am there. If just passing thru overnight, I don't need much. I don't want to pay for playgrounds and water parks. I need electricity, water, and sewer, and possibly a decent sized laundry facility. That's it. If Im staying for weeks, that's a completely different animal.
