Am I the only one bothered by a pet charge at RV parks?

I'd pay extra to stay in parks that don't allow dogs... Just got back from a CG in western MA and the camper on the left had a dog and the camper on the right had 2 dogs. Everytime someone walked by with their dog(s) it would set off a barking frenzy. OMG! it was like staying in a dog kennel and to make matters worse the owners would scream and holler at their dogs to shut-up (like that did any good). Ever think about other people's right to peace and quiet???
