Very sorry to hear Andy is having some troubles. My Buffy has a similar story. Mass in abdomen, stage 3 heart murmur,kidney and liver numbers bad, severe anemia and dehydration. Prognosis was bad. Specialist started us with prednisone 2x daily and 100ml SubQ fluids at home daily. That was Aug 8. Blood work much improved and the mass shrunk to 1/3 the size. We now do pred in morning, fluids at night, encourage as much water drinking as possible and always leave both dry food and fresh wet food out for her. Not sure how long this good luck will last but we take it day by day. Good luck and much love and many scratches from Buffy to Andy...
