Animals can talk

Dakota gave a couple little ruff ruffs. I opened the read doors to see a big Opossum cleaned up the cat's dish about as good as a dishwasher. It has pushed the wood trellis grate I had apart under the step and is now apparently living under the rear porch. He's too big for Garfield to handle. Need a Lab or maybe Jack Russel Terror. Heard a Rat chewing on a joist board the other night, same place as last year. Couldn't see him but blew his ears out with a pistol. Got a good size live trap near it and a lot of peanut butter. May get the Opossum instead. Trap has been there now a week.
At least no Lady bugs. they were everywhere, here last year this time. Hard weathe comming so they have flown south, maybe.
