I also agree with DR Doug. I also have people all the time want grain free gluten free food for a dog. When I ask why they want grain free they tell me their dog does not eat grain in the wild so they want all meat.
Well instead of grains the grain free food is full of potatoes so I ask if their dog will dig up potatoes and eat those. Of course not.
Dog food ingredients in so many of these "natural" lines are to the consumer and not based on some ingredients that are actually healthier.
One day we will have a food that says "potato free" and it will be the new fad food.
