Isn't this type of cruelty to animals an indicator of psychological problems often associated with severe social deviants.
I do not understand how His Board of Directors could accept He is "seriously sorry or repentant for his action." He should have been fired on the spot.
The only thing he is sorry for is the fact he was caught!! I would think He will be very wary about getting in to an elevator in the future with ANYONE. What goes around -comes around....
