Does "No Pets" really mean "no pets" or........

Do you take "no pets" to mean no dogs outside or "NO pets" even including the pet guinea pig we take camping with us occasionally & who never leaves the interior of the RV? People that camp with ...

The campground where I'm currently working has a space on the reservation form for number of 'pets'. They don't really care about your cats or birds or goldfish. They are only concerned about dogs. Maybe someday they'll change the wording.
