Does "No Pets" really mean "no pets" or........

Do you take "no pets" to mean no dogs outside or "NO pets" even including the pet guinea pig we take camping with us occasionally & who never leaves the interior of the RV? People that camp with ...

If my pet never leaves my camper, then I have no problem keeping it in a "no pets" campground. I wouldn't feel guilty for an instant. Would I sneak a pet in that would be going outside? No way.
