Does "No Pets" really mean "no pets" or........

So about 1/3 the responses say take the piggy, 1/3 say do NOT break any rules or the end of the world will be upon us, & 1/3 say call the CG & ask.

I'm thinking if CG's REALLY mean dogs (that are walked outside, poop outside, might cause some kind of disturbance/problem, etc.) WHY don't they just say " no dogs" ?
