I take the Collies all the time. I try not to leave them in the RV for more then 2 to 3 hours at a time. I leave the tv or radio on along with A/C. I never travel to areas that are hot during the summer. I try to find a shade tree to park under as well, if the A/C would go out it would take longer to warm up. I usually take them on a long walk before I head out as well.
