Dog In Camper

Has the dog been on camping trips before?
Has the dog been left alone in camper before?
Does the dog like going/being in camper?
YES, YES, YES---then take the dog/turn on TV-Radio, set A/C and be back within a reasonable time frame for YOUR dog.
When we went FT or dog was 4 and could be left alone for up to 8 hrs easily (just like when we worked) BUT as she got older we had to shorten that time frame down to 4 hrs by the time she was 11 yrs old
So taking the dog along really depends on how well the dog responds.
And when you get back to camper have the courtesy to check with neighbors on HOW the dog reacted.......and ask them to be truthful.
Many folks think their dog is well behaved when they are gone....but they are gone so they don't REALLY know.
