I use the dog as an excuse to get out of those all day excursions. I'd love to go with you all, but I've got to stay here with dog! Sorry, have fun though. lol.
But yes we run the generator for the AC when we leave dog for a few hours. I'm going to look into some of the monitoring devices in this thread, that would ease my mind considerably when we're out for a while.
