Sorry to hear you are having problems.
An anonymous complaint certainly does not mean that the owner of the park can not give you the details of the complaint.
If you do decide to pursue this issue from a legal standpoint I would focus ONLY on requesting that the details be made available to you.
The owner knows he has to provide this info to you to substantiate any other requests from you such as an insurance policy.
Don't bother with petitions regardingyour feelings about your dog, your dogs track record, breed characteristics, etc., etc this will get you nowhere and will just in the way of trying to settle this.
If you have signed a contract for your rental, request in writing by certified mail requesting the details in the complaint that is resulting in management asking you to leave. At the bottom of your letter simply put CC: Greenbaum and Levit Attorneys at Law.
Management/owner KNOWS he will have to provide it to you. Trust me he won't let it go to the courts. And all it will cost you is the price of a certified letter with return signature required. This is usually all it takes to rattle a landlord.
This owner knows what he can and can not get away with, you just have to call his bluff.
