Exactly. There was a weimereiner, a pit bull, a cavelier, and 3 humans in the story:
The pit bull was loose but didn't attack the other dog and only came into the campsite when the 4 yr old brought it over.
The weimereiner was leashed, but attacked the pit bull when it came into the campsite without proper acknowledgement.
The cavalier apparently did nothing.
One human let his dog and his 4 yr old wander loose around a campground, even after another camper warned him of potential problems.
Plain as day: ban the Idiot Dog Owner breed from the campground and this problem wouldn't have happened.
