Sorry for your loss, I dread the day my dogs pass on. They are my best friends, they love me regardless. Unconditional love, what's not to love?

Sorry you lost your campin' buddy; I'm sure Flo knew she was loved by her people. Good dogs never live long enough, but 18 years was a **** good run. We lost our golden last fall to cancer; she was only 8; I know exactly what you are dealing with.

I'm so sorry. And yes, many of us can relate. I also believe in Rainbow Bridge. At least it makes me feel a little better when I have lost one of my own furkids...

Sorry for your loss. We lost several cats and German Shepard in the past, but really love our Jack Russel Terriers.
Bearing in mind loosing them at some time, we had a couple and then we kept the daughter from only breading.
This way when 1 dies (mother is 11 and showing joints problem) - we will still have 2 left to lower the sadness.

I'm very sorry.

I feel your pain and understand perfectly. We have a 12 year old diabetic and blind (from diabetes) pup thats loosing her mobility now and the time is getting close. We enjoy everyday with her best we can. No more pups for us. My wife and I cannot stand the grief of loosing them. We are empty nesters so the pup is our kid and we lover her dearly.

The last year we've had to adjust our lives for her. She cannot be left alone for more than a couple hours so someone has to be here all the time. She gets insulin injections 2 times a day (very expensive) and with her loosing her mobility, someone always has to be near to help her get on her feet.

No camping this year at all because she cannot go so we stay here, for her.

Like I said, I understand perfectly. You have my prayers and sympathy.

So sorry for your loss. Those of us who have had to lose pets know your pain.
