Get one of those disgusting dog outfits and dress your dog before putting it in your truck if the hair is that big a bother. Keeping the dog's coat trimmed will slow down shedding. A towel or blanket on the seat, as well as buckling in your dog so they stay in one spot will also help. For a small dog, best bet would be a portable kennel.
