Took a break from packing and canned 18 pints of apricot nectar from one picking. Mom's trees are so loaded that neighbors have had their fill and even the birds can't put a dent into them. Hauling a cooler full to family and friends.
Meanwhile, now that the apartment is happening, I'm getting pecked to death by ducks...family keeps texting questions I don't have an answer to yet. Sheesh, people, let her sign for the place before asking how many outlets each room has...
At least I pay no attention to texts when on the road, so there's some peace coming tomorrow.
WLToo said all the barn swallows have fledged. They also ganged up on Spotacus and drove him out of his favorite porch chair and into the house. Poor guy; all he wanted was a nice nap.
Next input will be from beside my swimming pool. Later, y'all.
