Another option to consider is having the medication compounded. We worked with a local pharmacy that did this for us, but that isn't available everywhere. There are reputable online compounding pharmacies.
Wedgewood Pharmacy is a good one.
These medications are not cheap when compounded, but not having to fight with every dose is worth something.
