Leoghaire is pronounced Leery in Scots Gaelic. Comes from Diana Gabaldon's Outlander books and the TV series, plus the way she's always acted around us: bold but leery. Her fawn of last year is still hanging with her, but is even more skittish than Leoghaire. We haven't named her yet. Might not, if she doesn't interact with us.
Beautiful day today. I sat on the north porch and read a book, while enjoying the sailboats on the lake. Tall Friend and WLToo went to CW for a new toilet. Seems one of the toilets in their FW decided to not work properly, and the only way to fix it was with a totally new toilet. But all is fine now.
The water heater in our hall bath is on the fritz, so the plumbers will be here tomorrow or Tuesday. They're still cleaning up the backlog from all the frozen pipes a couple weeks ago. Then the pool guy will be here later this week to drain the pool and put in a pressure tester, to find the leak. Then next week, he'll fix the leak and replaster the pool. Looking forward to swimming again - probably in April.
Goodness, it's hot in here tonight. Time to turn the heater off. Later, y'all.
