Today was absolutely beautiful. But, instead of sitting outside with Tall and Short Friends under their FW awning, I was in the office, sorting tax records. Left the door open, and the garage door, too, so Spotacus came to visit several times. The first time, he was just being friendly. The rest of the visits were because he wanted me to let him back into the house. I got most of the records organized before supper; will finish tomorrow, which is supposed to be beautiful, too.
Went over to the big grocery store on the northeast side of the lake to get suet for WLToo's sausage-making. It was very crowded with tourists. Every aisle, I heard a tourist stop someone, ask if they were local, then asked directions. Yep, it's springtime.
Various small items we need to get L'Andante ready for the long trip have arrived. But the electrician who was supposed to replace the RV hookup had an emergency and can't come until next week. Sigh.
A mockingbird discovered the new granite waterfall and landed right on top of the granite for a nice, long bath. Never thought we'd be converting the spa into a birdbath...
It's gettin' dark and it's still warm out there, so I'm gonna go sit on the porch and listen to the barn swallows. Later, y'all.
