Magnus, we did it in a DO. It was great. The chicken had been deboned before it was stuffed, and cooked up so very tender that WLToo had difficulty getting it out of the DO. Just fell apart. Mmmm....
Cousin and spouse came by to take us to their place, where we cooked them a Texas meal. When WLToo opened Obi-wander's door, Spotacus tried to make a break for it. I grabbed him and he calmed down. But now we're even more vigilant. Heading into Denali National Park next week, where one must keep a keen eye out for bears and eagles, both liking small animals. Since Spotacus has refused to wear the harness anymore, he can't go outside at all, and he's starting to feel restless. So playtimes get extended.
When we got back last night, Spotacus was so full of beans that he played non-stop for a half hour. His last act was to charge from the bedroom up to the dashboard, where he was going to jump up. But he miscalculated and smacked his head into the side of the dashboard. WLToo was not sympathetic, laughing his backside off. Spotacus stalked into his carrier and lay down with his back to us.
Not doing much today. WLToo and TF are off to do some salmon fishing in an hour or so. I'll do some stuff re-arranging, in prep for departure, and play with Spotacus.
Later, y'all.
