Magnus, we bought the chicken at our local butcher shop, so I don't have a recipe. It does involve a deboned chicken, rice, crawfish pieces, and various seasonings.
Ready to roll. Now we're just cooking up our contribution to the RV park's Saturday night potluck, which will clear all the pork products out of the freezer, just in case the Canadian customs folk look askance. By the time we reach the border, week after next, we should have consumed all the various foods that seem to cause Customs heartburn, whether Canadian or US when we reach Montana.
Spotacus seems to have recovered his dignity. He did cause me to wake up in some pain early this morning, by sleeping crossways on the bed and pinning my leg in an uncomfortable position. He's been happy to sleep the morning away, as we moved stuff around.
Time to do one last visit with the cousin. Later, y'all.
