It rained!!! Over a couple days, we got nearly 3" of rain. Between that and WLToo having installed a roof washer that drains the overflow into the pool, we again have an infinity edge pool...
Other areas got 7" or more, which really helped with the drought conditions. Naturally, 24 hours after the rain stopped, the native vegetation turned green again. WLToo will mow in a couple days, to get the dried stuff out of the way for the new growth.
We finally re-filled the deer feeder, and the does are joining us twice a day again. Haven't seen the fox in a while, but I'm sure it's around.
WLToo is about to order some dirt for delivery, so he can revamp the vegetable garden. Again. Another 10 or 12 years and we just might have figured out how to productively grow our own vegetables in this climate.
Well, the gastritis is telling me I'm overdue for dinner. Later, y'all.
